Aurizon Community Giving Fund

Local community groups and charities in the North Queensland region can apply for cash grants of up to $20,000 through Aurizon’s Community Giving Fund. Visit the website for more details.

Gambling Community Benefit Fund

Not-for-profit groups operating in Queensland can apply for grants from $500 to $35,000 through the GCBF. This fund is Queensland’s largest one-off community grants program, distributing approximately $57 million per year. Applications are open from mid-July to 31 August 2023.

The fund allocates grants to not-for-profit community groups, to enhance their capacity to provide services, leisure activities and opportunities for Queensland communities.

The Gambling Community Benefit Fund is a Queensland Government grant from the Department of Justice and Attorney General.

Glencore Community Support

Glencore have two community funding programs:

  • Community Assistance Program (CAP): Community-based events and initiatives
  • Futures Fund: Large, locally based infrastructure projects, identified in consultation with community, stakeholders and government.
